Appropriate skin cancers are removed by a fellowship-trained Mohs dermatologist using Mohs micrographic surgery, which provides the highest cure rates available for many basal cell and squamous cell skin cancers while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible.

Specialized Reconstruction

Once the cancer has been completely removed, reconstruction is performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon whose training focuses on restoring both appearance and function using techniques tailored to each patient's anatomy.

Whenever possible, consultations, Mohs surgery, and reconstruction are coordinated under one roof and often on the same day, reducing delays and simplifying care for patients and their families.

More Than One Anesthesia Option

Although many skin cancers can be treated comfortably using local anesthesia, some patients benefit from intravenous sedation or general anesthesia depending on the size, location, complexity of reconstruction, medical conditions, or personal preference.



Having these options available allows treatment to be individualized rather than dictated by a single approach.
