Philosophy
Our practice must provide an advanced level of care not found elsewhere that assures sound medical care delivered in a reassuring, informative and respectful way.
Goals
- Always provide the latest, but safest technology for the patient. Not everything coming out of Hollywood makes sense. Do the right thing for the patient .
- Educate the patient in order that we can make prudent decisions together as to what sort of operative or nonoperative treatment might be most appropriate for the individual and their lifestyle.
- Never have an unhappy patient.
- Maintain 24 hour availability of myself or staff.
- Have patients call before minor issues turn into problems and before nonissues turn into worry and sleeplessness.
- Patients are never surprised.
- Achieve the perfect balance between expeditious and complete care for all patients.
- Administer to the various, and at times emergent, reconstructive needs of the community while not inconveniencing patients that have planned their lives around a planned cosmetic or reconstructive procedure.
- Never have a preventable complication.
